3. Pricing and errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed for it, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your payment was charged, we'll refund it in full.

• Don't cover the air intake, or block the airflow in a way the product isn't designed for.
• Keep it away from young children and pets, and supervise use by anyone who may not be able to use it safely.
• Don't open, modify, or repair the product or its battery.
• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Not medical advice
Sheetstream™ Air is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including night sweats, hot flashes, or sleep disorders. Content on the Site is for general information only. Consult a healthcare professional about any medical concerns.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Sheetstream™ name and marks, belongs to Sheetstream or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that your submission is truthful, is your own, and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to submit false information or fraudulent orders; or to scrape, copy, or resell our content or products without authorization.

12. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and fulfillment partners. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties
