No. Sheetstream™ Air moves room-temperature air under your covers. That carries away the heat and humidity your body traps there, which is what actually makes you feel hot at night.
Will it fit my bed?
Very likely. The pole adjusts from 11 to 24 inches, and the flat base plate slides under your mattress to hold the fan steady at the foot or side of the bed.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 22 hours on the lowest speed and about 5 hours on the highest. A full recharge takes about 3.5 hours.
Is it loud?
It's designed for sleeping, so even the higher speeds are quiet. That being said the highest speed is noticeably stronger and is handy for cooling the bed down fast before you switch to a lower setting.
Can my partner stay warm?
Yes. Airflow stays on the side of the bed where you tuck the fan head, so one person can sleep cool while the other stays cozy.
Is it worth using in winter?
If you sleep hot under heavy winter bedding, yes. Thick duvets trap more heat, and Sheetstream™ Air lets you keep them on without overheating.
